We bill by the hour — but every hour is estimated against a milestone with a playable build. You get full transparency on burn rate, we own the schedule. An AI-augmented pipeline keeps the hour count low: 4–8 weeks to soft launch.
Game design brief, technical requirements, integration scope. Output: milestone-pinned estimate with hour bands per milestone and a production timeline.
Weekly milestones with playable builds. Continuous integration of your SDK and analytics. Internal QA and soft-launch readiness.
Limited geo or cohort launch. Daily metrics review with you. Tuning based on D1, D7, and ARPDAU.
Either a full handoff with documentation, or ongoing LiveOps as a separate engagement. Your call.
We integrate AI deeply into day-to-day production — code, content, and asset generation. The result is more shots on goal per dollar, faster A/B cycles in your rewarded inventory, and less time between “build it” and “see the numbers.” AI lives in the pipeline, not the output: every asset and line of code is human-directed and reviewed — production-quality and fully yours to own and copyright, not generated slop.

We are a small team that ships clean. To stay clean, we say no to projects outside our form factor: no AAA, mid-core, or RPG; no AR or VR; no Roblox, UEFN, or Fortnite content; no console or PC native.
